The business started some 20 years ago, when my father opened a small take away. The business was soon in trouble, but luckly things where slowly making a good profit. About 5 years ago I proposed to expand the business, but at first my father opposed, since he thought that what he had built till now could be somehow ruined. In the end I convinced him and we decided to expand by opening a new restaurant of style. We had to establish a place for this restaurant, and my father soon proposed the tower he and his friends used to play by. I thought it was a good idea, and after refurbishing the entire building we opened the restaurant, naming it after the Grandmaster responsable for this tower and another 12 towers around the Maltese Islands, Grandmaster Martin de Redin.
